hello, i have a problem, internal users can user menu, but external users cant use it, the script do not accept digits they input, can any one help me?
This sounds like you are using inband DTMF such as RFC2833 which is not supported. Turn on JTAPI debugs and then check the logs to see if it receives the DTMF event.
