Is it possible to develop an application to enable customer dialing from company's website to a hunt group configured on

CallManager 7.x? What do we need for the development?

1) Use CCX with an HTTP trigger to initiate an outbound call. You probably want to add a Cisco WAF in the path to protect the CCX server.

2) Use CUAE to initiate the call.

3) You could maybe look at the WebDialer service on UCM as well but I would recommend one of the first two options.

What I need might be a little different.

Assume that:

1. Customer has browser only, no phone/phone number available;

2. a laptop with speaker and mic will be used to make the call;

2. Customer click a link on webpage to initiate a call to a hunt group.

I guess it need a mixture of CTI and Web integration programming, but I am not clear.
