While configuring and testing the MWI and making a call to an extension, I am able to leave a proper voicemail and then press 1 for normal delivery. The call will then forward to main operator extension after it indicates the message was sent. Where can I look in the GUI to correct?

Do you mean the message is being delivered to the wrong mailbox? Or is MWI not working? I did not understand the question.

No the message was sent properly and the MWI works correctly but after I press 1 for normal delivery or 2 for urgent delivery, I do get "The message was sent " I the get " I will transfer you now" and it transfers me to the operators extension which is the same as Zero-out extension. I would think after leaving a voicemail it would just drop. Thanks

This is by design. If you have the zero out configured under voicemail, this is what will happen.
EDIT:
Let me clarify this, if you have zero out configured under....
Voice Mail -> Call Handling -> Voice Mail Operator Number
That is what will happen.
