Solved: CUCM 7.0.2 - Corporate Directory in French with 7941

Hi,

When the user push the diretory butto, the menu is in french, but when the user select Corporate Directory, the search menu is in English.

This problem exist with 7941, 7961 end 7970, but not with the 7940 and 7960.

The CUCM version is 7.0.2.21900-10 end the locale installer version is cm-locale-fr_FR-7.0.1.2000-1.cop.sgn.

Someone have any idea ?

7941/61/45/65 French Locale Corporate Directory Search Menu in English

Symptom:

When we click on the Corporate Directory (RÃ©pertoire d'entreprise) button on

7941/61/45/65 phones the search menu (First Name, Last Name, Number) is in English and not French.

Conditions:

CUCM 7.0.1.11000-2 with French Local Version 7.0.1.1000-1 Issue seen with 7941/61/45/65 models of IP Phones.
