UC500 Voicemail options

I am getting the follow condition and I would appreciate your help.


After I leave a message on the voicemail of one of my extentions and I hit 1 or 2 because I want to mark it as urgent or normal, the call immediately goes to the operator.


I think I may have accidentally have hit an option but I can't find where that may be set.


Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Nevermind - I found the option.


It was the Voicemail Operator Option under Voicemail--> Call Handling.


If you have an extension in there then after you select # + 1 (for normal) or 2 (for urgent), then it leaves a message AND sends the call back to the designated operator.  If you leave the Voicemail Operator BLANK then it just leaves a message and hangs up.
