Hi,
My call flow is agent getting the call through ICM and he is transferring the call to CVP application with the agent id information. Is this possible in UCCE environment? If possible, plz do let me know the procedure. Thanks in advance.

You will need to update your desktop to add the agent ID to the CTI data before transferring the call back to CVP.

Could you please tell me how to update the desktop? Do I need to change any reg values or to update any ctios client patch?

You will need a CTIOS desktop developer to do that as it's not an out of the box function.
