We keep getting a message "Enter String" appearing on 7970 handsets accross our cluster?
I am not sure what it means as I can't find any online info of this lcd message , has anyone come across this before?
Sometimes the phone totally freezes and is inoperable , but other times a re-set or change of tftp address and re-set sorts it out?
Not sure if it is a handset issues or perhaps TFTP?
We are using CCM 4.1(3)es13 (yes I know in need of updating :-)
Any input would be helpful.
