CME : Extension Mobility logs in, but does not display number

Hi

We have CME version 7.1 on Cisco 3845, IOS v 12.4(24)T. With extension mobility configured, when I login to IP Phone, the user logs in, but the number is not shown on the extension?

PLease help.

I had to do enter the config mode, telephony-service->create cnf-files

this solved the issue.
