Metro-E Site Running Slow

All,

I have one particular site over our Metro-E (one of many) that users are complaining is really slow - i can see that the physical Metro interface at the remote site is showing about a 4-5% rate of interface errors and CRCs which is usually speed/duplex issue (we have been hard set to 100/Full for as long as can remember). However on the Vlan interface for the Metro I am seeing a large amount of IP Multicast packets so i assume I have a multicasting issue at the site. I am more of a voice/WLAN guy so any tips on how to troubleshoot and/or resolve would be appreciated - the interface summaries are below. I cleared the counters about 10 minutes ago

Metro VLAN show int

The interface input CRC error rate seems high, high enough to impact performance. You might first attempt to resolve that.

Thanks! I am working with the LEC to resolve now
