Unity Connection 7.0.2 Media Master Phone Play/Record

Some, not all users are unable to use their phone for recording or playing messages while logged into ciscopca-inbox via IE, FireFox, . I am one of those users. I try to record or play a message, after 16 seconds my phone will ring but I am only given about 1/2 second to answer. Then ciscopca errors out with the message that it could not establish a connection to my phone number, code: 5, description: phone not answering. I have tried this with a couple of users and their phone rings right away. I was able in the past to do this. Any ideas? Thanks, Beth

I have a client with the same issue - worked fine before, now it won't.  Did you ever find the cause?
