Reset MWI from Unity

Unanswered Question

I have one user whose MWI will not go out even though I have forced resyncronization of MWI and Reset from user account. How can I do it from the Extension (This is an Avaya PBX with a Qsig integration into CUCM 7 and Unity Connection 7.02) Can I go to the lead VM number and press 1002 for MWI off (MWI on is 1001)

I have this problem too.

Are you sure its a MWI that has been set by Unity or CUCM? I know PABXs also have the capability to set MWIs regardless of whether there is a voicemail system or not. Easiest way would be to use your Avaya PABXs code to turn the MWI light off.

If thats not possibe, dial 1002 from the affected extension into CUCM.
