Paging Notification not working from Unity Connection 7.02

Unanswered Question

I have Unity Connection V7.02 with UCM 7.02 for Call Control (Connecting via Qsig to Avaya PBX) Users have coinfigured SMTP notification successfully, but paging does not work. I have tested the Route Pattern from UCM and it works successfully. I also debugged on the PRI (qsig) no call is ever made from UCM initiated from Unity. Does it require a Forwarding rule or Route in Unity?
