CDR problems

I am using CCM 5.1. i have a little problem in my CDR reporting. I am transferring my CDRs through FTP. FTP is working properly and also backup the CDRs but the problem is i am not able to see my cdrs on call manager CDR columns so is there any way to fix this problem.

When you configure billing server the flat files are sent directly there and not proceesed by CAR.
