hi,
I have 7902 and i want to configure IP phone trough GUI is it possible? actually when we are open in GUI there is option like Network Parameters , here we can add TFTP add but there is no option for saving configuration ??? so is it possible????

No it is not.. Cisco phones are configured through CallManager (Express).. all you can configure are IP related settings directly on the phone's built-in menus (go into the settings, press **# to unlock and you can change certain things.. but that ends at the TFTP address which is the address of the CallManager).
You're supposed to specify the TFTP address via DHCP.

Hi, you can ue the IVR menu codes, Use these codes when you navigate the IVR system using your keypad. The codes of settings that you will probably use most often are numbers 1, 2, 10, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, and 905.
