We have a customer with a UC500 with an addon 4 port FXO card. Two times in the last couple of weeks, 6 of 8 ports were lit up with no active calls. There are 5 FXO lines plugged in so one of the lit ports does not even have a cable attached. I rebooted the box to get it to work again.
What kind of troubleshooting could I do on something like this?
