Would like to have reports (hourly,daily and weekly) of the utilization of the FXO ports in H.323 gateways. FXO ports are used for outgoing calling in gateways and there are E1 for incoming calls. Of course, I would like to have the data in report in smallest interval (says, 10 seconds) such that I can see how close for the ports to be used up.
From my understanding, the counter in RTMT, Cisco Call Manager > FXOPortsActive
it seems not to be correct when I compare to a particular gateway (Did I?). May be I need to tune the refresh interval.
And I don't know how to get a REPORT instead of e-mail alerts.
(I forgot if it can show by gateway. Will check tomorrow when I have access)
CAR Gateway summary report, Device Reports > Gateway > Summary
From the description, it seems ok.

The other counters in RTMT
Cisco H.323 > CallsActive
Cisco H.323 > CallsInProgress
and in CAR
Gateway Utilization Report
Device Reports > Gateway > Utilization
would not be useful as I only want call volume in FXO ports. (These counters will take other voice ports into account)
I just wonder if there is better option. (We have OM ...)
