Hi,

I've wanted to set up speed dialing but when I hit services, I am prompted to go to the following address... https://10.4.112.10:8443/ccmuser/showHome.do

When I get there (Cisco Unified CM Administration) a user name and password is required but it is different than the one I use to get on this site.

So does anyone know how to generate a user ID and password for the site above?

If you don't know your credentials get in touch with your system admin so he can provide it to you.

BTW: that's not CCMAdmin, that's CCMUser
