Does WS-C3548-XL-EN have a life time Warranty?

This unit has not SmartNet but my understanding is there is a lifetime warranty that would replace this bad unit in about 10 to 20 buisness days. Is that correct?

They were probably lifetime but those are End of Life products so they will not replace it at this point. You can check but usually if its EOL all support ends.

Yeah I thought the same thing that once it hits EOL that the warranty went byby.

Oh well...time to send in a PO.

If, and only IF, you purchased your appliance from an authorized Cisco reseller/distributor (not from e-bay), then you will get the mandatory 10-Business Day turnaround.
