Forward a Hunt group to external number

Is there a way to forward a hunt group to an external number?

I am looking at setting up a hunt group for a group of phones, but need to be able to forward it after hours to a cell phone.

Is this possible, for a non admin user to do?

Not really the config for the FW needs to be done by someone who can access CCMAdmin, why don't you configure TOD and then use it to FW the call to the mobile afterhours??
