Ciscoworks LMS 2.6 UDP port 6155

What is CiscoWorks LMS 2.6 using UDP port 6155 for? It is being used by cwjawa.exe. I am not able to find it in the documentation. Thank you in advance.

This port is used by the LMS event system (specifically the ActiveMQ framework) for multicast discovery.

this thread refers to LMS 3.1 but perhaps it is the same for LMS 2.x (I have no system to verify)

See http://activemq.apache.org/ for more on ActiveMQ. Briefly, this is one of many components used by LMS. IT provides message passing capabilities. There is no way to change this port in LMS.
