We have ciscoworks integrated with ACS. We are able to track user activity via cli on ACS however any user tracking (e.g user A shu/unsht trunk port)with ciscoworks does not appear to work unless I am missing something.
I don't really understand what you are doing. You mention both CiscoView and User Tracking which have nothing to do with each other. Exactly what are you doing in LMS, and exactly what are you expecting to see in LMS and/or ACS?
