CallManager 7.1.2a java.sql.SQLException on Route Pattern entry

I am unable to make the required Route Pattern changes due to the following error within CCM administration. "Error occurred during find. java.sql.SQLException: Ambiguous column (tkproduct).

Have you run into this issue yet?

I had a simiar issue, this is what the TAC engineer did to resolve it for us.

Login in publisher as administrator

admin:run sql update device set internationalprefix = 'Default', internationalstripdigits = null, nationalprefix = 'Default', nationalstripdigits = null, subscriberprefix = 'Default', subscriberstripdigits = null where tkproduct = 95

Rows: 6

admin:run sql update device set internationalprefix = 'Default', internationalstripdigits = null, nationalprefix = 'Default', nationalstripdigits = null, subscriberprefix = 'Default', subscriberstripdigits = null where tkproduct = 95 and (internationalprefix <> 'Default' or nationalprefix <> 'Default' or subscriberprefix <> 'Default')

Rows: 0
