How can I bulk load a custom background image to all my 7965 phones in the cluster?

Sadly this is not controllable within UC Manager Administration. There are third-party utilities that allow you to push bulk background and ring tone changes though.

Here's one I am aware of. I cannot attest to how well (or if) it works though.
