Hi,
I confiured SRST into my voice gateway, but when WAN link is down, IP phones doesn't register on SRST, it shows "Registering" continuously..
Plz find attached the SRTS config on the voice gateway & suggest....
In CCM SRST references are created....

Hello,
For what I can see, you need to enable fallback on the router.
Assuming you have configured in CCM, the SRST reference to use local gateway, here's an example of fallback configuration:
!
call-manager-fallback
secondary-dialtone 9
transfer-system full-consult
ip source-address 172.16.27.2 port 2000
max-ephones 15
max-dn 30
transfer-pattern .....
!

dialplan-pattern 1 9⦠extension-length 3
keepalive 20
