Hello all,

I'm looking to start down the VoIP road. I'm confused on somethings. I'm trying to figure out with my ADSL residential connection I would be able to make calls outside to inside and inside to out. Would this work with my 2610XM with upgraded IOS, and FXO and FSO cards? or do I need another router?

The Cisco family of ADSL routers includes the Cisco 627, 677, 827, 1700, 2600, and 3600 with ADSL WIC. Of these, the Cisco 600 series routers are targeted at the residential market, the Cisco 827 at the small office/home office (SOHO) and telecommuter market, the Cisco 1700 with ADSL WIC at the small- and medium-sized business and small branch office market, and the Cisco 2600/3600 with ADSL WIC at the enterprise branch and regional office market (EBO).
