vpn remote access Cisco ASA

I have setup Cisco ASA for remote access VPN.

Sometimes when I start Cisco VPN client, ASA does not respond and vpn client gets an error message. Last time it happened to me i decided to ping the firewall interface and it was responding. I tried to connect with my vpn client and the firewall did not respond.

15 minutes later it was fine again.

What could be wrong?

This happens to other users as well very randomly

The problem can be that the xauth times out. Increase the timeout value for AAA server in order to resolve this issue
