SPAM notifications not arriving

All my LDAP query tests are successful, dashboard shows mail coming in and being blocked, etc...

But no spam daily quarantine messages are arriving. Seems to come in once in a blue moon if at all when I have it set to arrive 3 times a day.

Any ideas on where or how to start troubleshooting?

I have this problem too.

You need to make sure that the SPam Quart End USer Auth is designated as the Active Query.

Does it send notifications if it doesn't catch any email?

No it will not send a notification if there is no spam in the quarantine. You can view the Spam Quarantine while logged into the blocker under Monitor>Quarantines>Spam Quarantine.
