We are using 802.1x NAC framework environment. On the clients PC we have CTA 2.1.107, CSSC, and CSA. Some times we have a problem with NAC validation. In the CSACS log we can see the following message âPosture Validation Failure (general)â. In the detailed log on the CSACS we can see that CTA can not provides the requested postures.
In the CTA log we can see the following message âPSDaemon did not respond to Process Posture Request - Sending an Empty Postureâ.
Does any body know how to resolve this issue?

Thank you for reply. I do not think that this bug is in my case. I don't have a message "EapHandlePacket Error" in CTA log, and my CTA version is 2.1.107. The bug CSCse76333 according to the description was fixed in version 2.1.0.9.
I have increased the PPWaitTimeOut value in ctad.ini file from default 5 seconds to 20 seconds. The quantity of errors decreased, but not disappeared at all.
