CDR problem

Hi,

we are having CCM 4.1 and we have problem with CDR report actually CCM not generate any kind of report from last 6 month ?? how we can resolve this issues ??

Hi,

I read the your document it's good , i think we are facing case 3 from your document so is it right process that that the we can remove our all old database and created new data from day onwards.? and yes then what are the steps for that we can remove all old CDR database..?

I'm facing this problem in a CUCM 5.1.3.8000-4 (CAR Reports with no data)

Do you know how I could fix this issue?
