Hi
i have noticed that wiht UCCX 7 sometimes we have to enforce LDAP sync
by restarting the sync service to let a new added agent to login
is this is a known issue ?!

Why don't you do a manual sync from CAD Admin?

i do
somtimes works somtimes need to be done from the services
that why i am wondering is it a known issue,,,? becuase not reasable to tell the customer to do this evrytime

Yes - I was told this behaviour is to be expected by TAC. SR3 addresses several bugs that are applicable to CAD login issues though.
