i want to know how to login to a standby ASA on a ssh login

You just SSH to the standby IP. The active one always assumes the primary IP and the standby unit always assumes the secondary IP. The IPs flip around when they fail-over.

Are you running a dynamic routing protocol like EIGRP on the ASA's? If so the standby will not be routing and you may have to get on the same subnet with it.
