Static ip addresses will not show up on the dhcp list. That will only show the addresses given out from the router from the dhcp server. Static IP addresses will never show up on it.
If you need to find out the static ip addresses being used on the network you can use the angry ip scanner and scan the network. This will show you all the ip addresses on the network.
