Call Attendant goes strait to VM

We have CCM 3.3.34 but soon to upgrade to 7.x. When people call from outside to our external number, they go strait to our Voice Mail system and bypass the Call Attendants.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have this problem too.

Try restarting the TCD and CTI services, make sure the AC clients are logged in.

Restarted the Cisco Telephony Call Dispatcher and CTIManager services without effect.

I launch Unity Call View and when I dial the number in question, the reason it gives me is Fwd(busy) so it forwads the call to VM. Some process or service is hung and I can't find it.
