Supervisor Desktop Agent cant view status and send chat

Im thinking that this is a Firewall issue but wanted to ask anyways.

I have a user with the Supervisor Desktop Agent that cant view the status of one of the agents. The same user is also unable to send chat messages. Any ideas?

I have this problem too.

i had the same proble, open 59000-59030 port range on firewall,

and everything will be ok

I thought that would be the problem. I sent the info to the client as I dont have access to their firewall. I dont think im going to hear back from them. They are bad at communicating.
