Hi,

I'm looking for a Smartnet procedure document explaining the escalation procedures and the contact information.

We have a few Cisco MDS customers with Smartnet so a document mentioning the contact procedures incase of technical problems and part request would really help.

I don't think there is one, you just have to open a TAC case. If the device is defective, they will RMA it. TAC is their single point of contact.
