Hii,

when I call any extention the greeting in unity did not work" ectention xxxx not available" and also when i leave a message the ligh indicator did not work.

Please help

Have you checked that all the Unity services are running that should be?

Does this affect all users or just one?

Please can you provide more information.

Well you need to go a to every subscriber and Say "ring this Extension"

By default the setting will be mapped to Send the call to the greeting.

Under Subscriber there are many Sub menu's in one of those menus you will find "ring this Extension" enable it it will work fine.

Let me know if it works fine

I can not find it, and one thing more that i restore the backup from unity 4.0 to 4.2 by changing the version in the txt file. after that i faced this problem it seems like a scrip error.

Please help
