Unity Caller input

On unity when i configure Caller input for a specific user( John ) , lets say Caller Input "4" to Call Handler Goodbye. When John Accesses his voice mail from his phone and then When he presses 4 call is not getting the Goodbye prompt.

My requirement is when any user accesses unity for checking voice mails and presses 4 in between the session, unity should immediately diconnect the call.



I have this problem too.

It's expected it won't work, that is for other users that are transferred to that VM or that reach the VM. NOT for the owner of the VM when checking his messages.

What you need to modify is the conversation for the user.
