SIP Trunk translation pattern matching

I have an issue where I cannot get inbound calls to match against translation patterns and get routed over to the AA or other hunt groups. I turned on debugging and I am seeing the call come through but its failing, never reaches anywhere.

I have tried creating specific voip dial-peers and matching on the 10 digit destination pattern which pointed to the cue module. Just grasping for straws and was curious if anyone has hit any issues with this. Provider is Cbeyond if that helps any. Thanks in advance.
