I facing an issue with oru voice mail.
The problem is voice mail is not working for some subscribers.
Once the subscriber is busy or not picking up the phone the call is transfering to the voice mail and its saying send a voice mail after the tone. But after sending the voice mail its not reaching to the subscribers mailbox.
But some of the users its working fine.

Have you checked the log files on the Unity server? Possibly some issue between AD/Exchange and your Unity server.
Can the same subscribers log into their voicemail box from the TUI and listen to old messages?

I would also recommend checking if any new mailstores have been added lately and perhaps the permissions wizard has not been run against that mailstore?
