Hi,
I have tried to find out what feature set I have in my 6506-E switch. In the Cisco Software Advisor ("Research Software") I can enter my image name (which is s72033-pk9s-mz.122-18.SXD7a.bin), but the result is just an error message.
Anybody knows how to find out ?
Thanks
Ragnar

Hello,
There is a wonderful tool called IOS Feature Navigator you can find at
Here, click on the link "Search by Image" and then enter the full name of your image.
In your case here, your IOS's feature set is
IP W/SSH/3DES LAN ONLY
Give it a try :)
Best regards,
Peter

Hello Ragnar,
this is old naming convention
m = runs from RAM
z= zip compressed
k9 = 3DES capable
p = provider image
s: not sure about it
it should be roughly equivalent to advanced ip services 3DEs
Hope to help
