we are using ipsec tunnel between two companies. Company A uses core of its serverices in the ip range 10.0.x.x to 10.95.x.x network . A assigned 10.96.x.x to 10.127.x.x network for B. B is using 10.96.x.x to 10.127.x.x for its core network and also some network like 10.7.x.x and 10.10.x.x network. One user who wants to access all the resources while sitting in either side using IPSEC tunnel as the tunnel is already established between A and B using static NATing.

Can any one help in resolving this overlapping network ?

You can use a policy nat to nat the overlapping range to something that isn't used on the far end. You can allow the IP address that you natted to over the tunnel.
