I have CCM 5.1.4 and IPCC 4.5
Sometimes agent complain that their Cisco Agent desktop go in not-ready state. They go back ready and after couples of minutes they get force to be not-ready.
This happend to all user when this situation happend.
When this situation happend, I went into the IPCC and run the JTAPI wizzard update that show the JTAPI version. The wizzard tell that the JTAPI IS CORRUPT. So I install back the Jtapi and this fix the problem.
This situation happend once a month. I don't know why..
Any idea to fix that permanently ?
