AnyConnect Client DNS issue

The problem is that when a user connects to the remote service using Cisco Anyconnect sometimes DNS is not properly passed through so some server names and resources can not be resolved by name.

I have this problem too.

Check that you have the DNS servers defined under the Policy. Search for it here in the forums, there was a post in the past few weeks.
