Networking Cisco Routers with Multitech Router

I'm trying to get a remote LAN to see my current LAN. I have a dedicated Point to Point T connected via two Cisco 1721 Routers. I have the ethernet port of my NEAR Cisco router connected to the LAN port of the Multitech router with an IP Address of 192.168.60.99. The ip scheme for the multitech router is 192.168.60.0 /24 with the default gateway of 60.1 The Cisco routers are using RIP v.2 to see each other. The Multitech router is connected to the internet via it's WAN port. When I try to ping someone on the DISTANT network, I get a reply from the DNS Server on the Multitech WAN saying TTL Expired in transit. What do I need to do to get our system up and running?

The TTL value determines the maximum amount of time an IP packet may live in the network without reaching its destination. It is effectively a bound on the number of routers an IP packet may pass through before being discarded. This message indicates that the TTL expired in transit.

Increase the TTL value using the -i parameter with the ping command.
