Call Park do not show number

Unanswered Question

I have created a call park range 5800-5809 in CM. When we press 'park'

on the phone, the call is parked, but does not say which extension this

is parked too. To receive the call back, it comes up with 'parked at 0'

which is a abbreviated dial. We need this to show the extension in which

this is parked so we can relay this back to the call recipient. I have

tested on different phones/users.

Any ideas on what we need to do to get this working? I have checked the

cisco docs to no avail.

Hi Nico,

Which version of CUCM and phone model and firmware you are using?

Does this numbers overlap?
