Enterprise data lost during Failover of CTI or CCM PG Services.

Am facing the following issue when the CTI Server or the CCM PG failovers, the enterprise data disappears. This happens for both CAD and CTIOS agent desktops.


Following were the scenarios tested using CAD and CTIOS Client.


1. New call answered.

• Failover from side A to Side B

Result:- the enterprise data is preserved.


2. New call answered.

• Failover from Side B to Side A

Result:- the enterprise data is preserved.


3. New Call answered.

• Failover from Side A to Side B and again back to Side A

Result:- the enterprise data disappears and the call release button is grayed out on the CAD.

Note:- but the same test done with CTIOS client the enterprise data disappears but the call release button is active.


4. New call answered.

• Failover from Side B to Side A and back to Side B.

Result:- the enterprise data disappears and the call release button is grayed out on the CAD.

Note:- but the same test done with CTIOS client the enterprise data disappears but the call release button is active.



Is this the expected scenario or am I missing out something.


Iam using IPCC 7.5.5 with CTIOS 7.5.5 with CAD 7.5 and CUCM 6.1.3.
