SIP firmware Displays FAC in Text format

Sip Firmware displays the FAC codes in the plain text format. Can anyone let me know if this a BUG( If yes please share the Bug ID). I am Running the Latest SIP firmware for 7941,7942 and 7961 Phones. My requirement is to mask the FAC codes exactly the way it was masking on SCCP phones.

If you want things to work nice and smooth, always use SCCP on Cisco phones.

Alternatively, complain to the TAC, wait and hope.

Hi Sandeep,

There's an enhancement request for FAC support on SIP phones. AFAIK it's currently not supported, it will be added in CUCM 8.0

You can check bug id CSCsc66753 in the Bug Tool.
