LMS3.2 Device sensed, but collection failed on one c5500

Inventory Collection fails on one of six c5500s. All are running the same firmware (4.5.4) and credentials have been verified. LMS3.2, RME4.3 Worked fine before upgrade from LMS3.1.

Post the IC_Server.log after running an inventory collection for this switch.

Here is the IC_Server.log. I trimmed out everything prior to inventory collection on this switch only.

Looks like a straight up timeout. In LMS 3.2 we start using SNMPv2c more than v1. We can still fallback to v1, but for this device, v2c should work.

Go to RME > Devices > Device Management > RME Devices > Edit Device Attributes, and edit the SNMP timeout for this device. Start with 10 seconds, and go up from there until inventory is successfully collected.
