Trying to enable external voicemail caller ID.

"Play caller ID for external callers" is already set to Yes. When I tried to enter the command "voicemail callerid" into the global configuration, I get an invalid input. My current email voicemail notification 'from' line are coming as "undefined". Am I missing something or do I need to upgrade my IOS?

Are you using the command line for CUE. The commands would be something similar to(depending on your CUE module/slot):

router#service-module service-engine 0/0 session

cue>enable

cue#conf t

cue(config)#voicemail callerid
