Hi,
for an small test environment we plan to use a 4003 chassis with a Sup2 and a WS-X4424-GB-RJ45 line card.
Does anybody know if this is supported?

Yes, it is supported. You need a minimum of 6.3(1) Cat OS on Sup engine II.
